What makes a wedding successful?
Everyone has a different idea of what will make a wedding successful before the event, and everyone has a different idea after the event for the benefit of hindsight. Some will say location, others people, and still others will say clothes or food. What really matters is how you remember your day. Was it a day that went smoothly and you didn't worry about anything, or was it a day where you had to make sure things happened on time?
The more relaxed you are during the entire event, the more likely you are to enjoy it and keep positive memories for years to come. If you have to spend half a day managing events and making sure everything goes the way you want, you're probably not going to have the best of times.
